Kacy Lee (she/her)
I am a HR professional with a wealth of experience in various HR areas. I enjoy curating solutions to address unique business needs, especially in areas of talent development, business partnering, and DE&I. Seeing the lack of inclusion in local offices, I have spearheaded various LGBTQ+ awareness initiatives in my previous and current organisations. Aside from my profession, I am one of the founders of LONGKANGBRAIN, a queer-run non-profit organisation. We curate content and physical events that stimulate conversations about mental health for the general public as well as the LGBTQ+ community. My professional and community leading experience allow me to provide holistic support for early- and mid-career LGBTQ+ individuals who are or wish to enter the corporate world.
Rain Khoo (He/Him)
Rain founded Dignité, a consultancy that embeds inclusion and social impact in organizations, This includes addressing of harassment and discrimination. He has spoken on diversity at Google, BNY Mellon, Microsoft, and INSEAD, among others. Rain has held leadership roles in start-up, SME, Government, and MNC environments. He is also a mentor at SMU Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. A gay and trans man, he was a co-founder of TransgenderSG, which works on the inclusion and equality of the transgender community in Singapore.
Fabian Tan
Cultural Strategist; Partner & Head of JUNK
An out and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Fabian heads up JUNK, a Singapore-based Asian cultural consultancy part of The Secret Little Agency. He has over 15 years of cultural research and brand consulting experience, rooted in Southeast Asia, North Asia, and the Global South (emerging markets across Asia, MEA, LATAM). Fabian champions DE&I at work and in life, and is committed to creating safe spaces and supporting causes that drive greater inclusivity. He is a member of QChamber and actively advocates for the queer community in Singapore, speaking for inclusive workplace practices and leadership. Under his leadership, JUNK has been a sponsor of PinkDot since its founding in 2021. In 2024, Fabian was named as one of Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40 trailblazers.

Pollyanna Rayappan (she/her)
Pollyanna Rayappan is a senior risk surveillance manager with an Investment Bank and has built her 11-year career with the firm. She founded and co-chairs the PRIDE Network locally and celebrates their 6th anniversary this May. She is out at work and champions diversity equity and inclusion both at work and in her spheres of influence. She defines herself as a lover of the outdoors, sports and animals. Her partner and wife of 15 years and her are co-owned by their little zoo of 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Kathy Teo (she/her) – panel moderator
As an out business leader, Kathy proudly promotes LGBTQ+ inclusion through her business and her community organising efforts.
Kathy supports fundraising for Pink Dot SG by advocating for businesses and individuals to sponsor Pink Dot. In 2022, Kathy co-founded Q Chamber, Singapore’s LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce. She is on the founding executive committee for Proud Spaces. Kathy and her team at Xpointo Media are the organisers for Inclusive Careers Fair, a Signature Event of Pink Fest, that seeks to bring together inclusive employers and diverse talent. Since 2020, Kathy has been on the board of Outright International, a 35-year old leading queer human rights organisation headquartered in New York, and currently serves as its Board Co-Chair.
